Production technology of plastic body aperture

This thesis deals with the production of a plastic body of the aperture by the method of injection moulding. The work includes a design of the injection mould for the given component. First, an appropriate material for the moulded piece was chosen and then the necessary calculations for the injection mould were made. A quadruplex injection mould with a heated inlet nozzle and pullout cores was designed based on these calculations. Modular components were chosen when designing the injection mould. The next part of the thesis contains the selection of the injection moulding machine for the given mould. The conclusion contains a technical-economical evaluation including the cost estimating for the injection mould and cost estimating for one moulded piece.
Design of follow cutting tool

Presented bachelor’s thesis initially focuses on introduction to the cutting area, as one of the forming technologies. Further this thesis deals with basic methods of cutting metals. As the last and crucial point is a description of construction of follow cutting tool produced by company Brano in high-volume molding production. The molding is a part for storing clutch pedal which is designed for automotive industry.
Influences on the Creation and Size of Interpenetration Layers During Lacquering of Polycarbonate Moldings

Diploma thesis is focused on influences on the creation and size of interpenetration layers during lacquering of polycarbonate mouldings. In the diploma thesis there is a complete description of the production of the external lens for the automobile headlight. The experimental part consists of five experiments. The subject of the experiment is to find the most optimal process settings or other solutions that would lead to positive results of chemical tests. During the tests the individual phases of the production process are examined. After each experiment follows execution and evaluation of chemical tests in the reliability laboratory.
The design and manufacturing process of an injection mold

Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of plastics injection. Firstly, it deals with the design process of the injection mold, which starts with the design of the injection molding product, with the design of the gating system and depending on the suitable forming of the core and cavity and suitable placement of the ejecting elements. After designing the injection mold design, the work is focused on the TPV documentation for the selected part of the mold assembly. Here are solved technological parameters and machining operations, assignment of machines and tools. In the last part of the thesis, an injection machine is selected depending on the calculations. Finally, an economic assessment is made on injection molding and discussion.
Influence of tempering to dimension of two-component polycarbonate molding

This bachelor thesis is focused on changing the dimensions of two-component polycarbonate holding during the tempering process. In the thesis there is a complete description of the production of the external lens for the automobile headlight. The experimental part is focused only on the part of the process, the tempering. The subject of the experiment is to determine the effect of the temperature in the tempering furnace and the effect of the used slats on the dimensions of the polycarbonate molding. 3D measurements are used to evaluace dimensionality. The influence of the slats is examined with free types of slats.
Design of injection mould for plastic component of spinning machine

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of conveyor for the mouldings with regard to the input parameters. The thesis is divided to the several parts where the beginning of the thesis is devoted to a research study about chain link conveyors. Furthermore, the chosen concept of the proposed conveyor with the introduction of the main components is explained. Following are design and check calculations of the main conveyor parts. The work also includes production documentation of the overall assembly and the subassembly of the driving station.
Analysis and production of a part from an injection mold

The aim of the thesis was to make a 3D model of the injection mold for injection moulding machine, to determine the production process and to evaluate the technical and economic aspects. The first part describes the input parameters, which need to be clarified and determined before the construction of the tool. In the second part the individual parts of the injection mold and their solutions are analyzed. The third part of the thesis deals with the creation of a 3D model of mold. The program in which the model was created and the main features of the program.The fourth part describes the production process with a description of each operation.What part of the mold is the given operation introduced, what to do with the operation and why this operation has been selected. In the fifth part, two of the production operations, namely roughing and EDM, are analyzed. The sixth part describes the technical aspects that are necessary for the construction of the tool and the evaluated economic aspect. The last part summarizes the main data from the whole work.

The bachelor`s thesis, which was written on the grounds of the bachelor`s study programme B3S-P Mechanical Engineering, the field B-STG Technology in Engineering, deals with the production of moldings for transport of copy devices abroad. Molding is used for setting of the device in wooden box and it is placed on silentblocks to avoid damage of the copy device. The bachelor`s thesis contains a study of the particular issue, a proposal for the cutting machine and bending machine together with an economic evaluation.
